DMCA Policy

"Kerala Chicken Curry Nadan Kohzi Indian" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA notice and counter-notice to be considered valid.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice ("DMCA Notice") containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work, e.g., a link to the original work, title, author, and registration number (if applicable).
  2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing: Provide sufficient detail to locate the material on our website, including the specific URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  3. Your contact information: Full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement of accuracy and authorization: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on our website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification ("DMCA Counter-Notification") containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  • Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the specific URL(s) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Kerala Chicken Curry Nadan Kohzi Indian" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Counter-Notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. We will then replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it between 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the Counter-Notification, unless our Designated Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who filed the DMCA Notice that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system.
